Inn

The Inn is where your slaves go to consume food when they're hungry and water when they're thirsty. You must have at least 1 unit of food or 1 unit of water before slaves can eat or drink.
Camp

The camp is required to hire slaves, each camp gives you a maximum of 4 (four) total slaves. It's also where your slaves go to rest and regain any injuries.
Well

The well is used to supply water to your slaves. It requires one Peasant, whose job is to fetch a constant supply of fresh water. Water is consumed only at the Inn.
Archery

Gladiators can train here to increase their dexterity. Dexterity is the stat used to determine damage delt with a bow and arrow. Unlike the other classes, archers require a bow before entering the arena.

Assign one or two Peasants here to have them produce food for your slaves. Food is consumed only at the Inn.

The Market is where you can trade goods with the local merchants. Weapons and Armor usually go for good prices, while food is cheap but can help you out with some gold coins.
Training Yard

The Training yard is where you can assign Gladiators to improve their strength, and Peasants to improve their speed, which allows them to work faster
Library

Assigning Slaves to the library will allow them to increase their Intelligence. This enables Gladiators to cast better spells, and Peasants to learn new skills faster.
Weaponsmith

Peasants forge weapons for Gladiators here. Swords and Staves enchance the Fighter or Mage, while a bow is required for an archer before entering the arena. Weaponsmith skill limits what they are capable of forging.
Armorsmith

Assign Peasants here to create armor for your Gladiators to wear. The Armorsmith skill determines what equipment can be created. Cloth, Leather and Plate armor along with Shields can be produced here.
