Online Manual - version 1.1.0
Name
You can click on this to assign a personal nickname for the peasant, which may be easier to remember than his full name.

Level
The level of the peasant, this is a combination of his Intelligence and Speed stats. The skills of a peasant do not affect his level.

Wage

This shows how much gold is required to keep this slave happy every payday.

Auto-Raise
Automatically raises the Peasants wage when he becomes unhappy with his wage.

Skills

Speed (Top Left)
Speed determines how fast your peasant works, the higher a peasants speed, the faster he will do his job. You can increase a peasant's speed by assigning him to a Training Yard.

Intelligence (Top Right)
The higher the intelligence of a peasant, the faster he will learn new skills. You can increase a peasants intelligence by assigning him to a library. Each time a level of Intelligence is gained, the peasant's level will also increase.

Cooking (Bottom Left)
The Cooking skill is used when a peasant makes food at the Bakery, the higher a peasants cooking skill the higher quality the food will be. A higher quality unit of food will decrease hunger more than a lower quality one. A peasant's cooking skill will increase while working at the bakery.

Weaponsmith (Bottom Middle)
The weaponsmith skill determines what weapons the Peasant is capable of forging. Level 1 swords can be forged by any Peasant due to only requiring a skill level of 1.

Armorsmith (Bottom Right)
As with the Weaponsmith Skill, the Armorsmith skill determines what armor can be created by Peasants. Level 1 Cloth is the first to be capable of being created.
